Look hard enough and you can find data or analysis that will support pretty much any product, solution or point of view, including our own social recognition.<\/p>\n<p>Truth is, there is no golden bullet, egg or ticket that will help HR professionals through the maze to a panacea of engaged employees. There are just some really sensible do\u2019s and some very corrosive don\u2019ts, many of which are common sense.<\/p>\n<p>What are they? Well here are 10 of my favourite employee engagement statistics, that should help you channel your efforts.
