If someone has taken it upon themselves to appreciate your people, there is every chance they will be happy to jump on to Trustpilot or another external review platform at the same time. Simply adding your Trustpilot details to the system means a thank you follow-up message directs people to your page.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Partner Appreciation matters for employees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For front-line employees, a large part of their daily interactions take place outside of their team or colleague relationships. That means many employees in industries such as leisure and retail, or specific roles like nursing, are living in a feedback desert. HR professionals have long been aware that job satisfaction is closely associated with praise and appreciation, and many employees can become disillusioned or even de-motivated without this valuable reinforcement of their efforts.
